February: what do I put on my plate?

Currently, supermarkets offer us a multitude of fruits and vegetables throughout the year, to the point of making us lose track of seasonal products.

In order to benefit from all Nutrients present in food, it is important to consume them at the right time, preferably of local origin and as soon as possible after harvesting for fruits and vegetables.

Moreover, eating seasonal products is a gustatory pleasure, a pleasure for our wallet and especially a good environmental boost for our overexploited planet.
