Acidosis: a societal trend that is eating away at us

Currently, our society as a whole has a tendency towards acidosis. Our environment is attacked by acid rain as our body is by all the acidic residues generated by a poor lifestyle.
One of the main origins of our tissue acidity is dietary, but there is more to it than that. Stress, lack of physical exercise, but also excessive sports, the consumption of medication or alcohol, overwork, negative thoughts, lack of sleep or the many pollutions (including electromagnetic) to which we are subjected promote this state of acidosis.

This accumulation of acid waste clogs and demineralizes the body.

Well-known naturopaths are now claiming that acidosis is also the result of dehydration or conversely that dehydration is directly linked to demineralization and acidosis.

A known fact is that the mass of our body is made up of 85 to 65% water. On the other hand, it is rarely mentioned that the total number of molecules in the body is made up of 99% water molecules. Our tissues and cells are nourished by the circulation of what the ancients called the humours (lymph), as is the elimination of metabolic residues. If these humors are clogged, not only will the tissues be poorly nourished (which will gradually lead to deficiencies and demineralization), but the water we absorb will not fulfill its primary role, which is to transport subtle information in our body. This is one of the reasons why we must be vigilant with regard to our nutritional intake and avoid polluted and toxic foods. We must also make sure that our emunctories (exit doors of the body: kidneys - intestines - lungs - skin) are open so that we can let the toxins escape.

Ensuring that we take in healthy and natural food is essential #health tips " username="Santenu"]Ensuring that we take in healthy and natural food is essential, but providing sufficient water to allow our bodies to eliminate toxins (fouling that results from metabolism) and toxins (pollution that comes from the outside) is really vital.

Popular wisdom advocated a seasonal drainage or purge. This cleansing allowed a lightening of the diet and a regular elimination of toxins after busy periods (end of year celebrations for example).

To drain the kidneys, intestines or liver, one can use herbal teas, mother tincture, food supplements or fruit or vegetable juices in addition to absorbing the purest water possible (biocompatible).
In order to accentuate the elimination of acidic overloads, one can also use appropriate and specific food supplements for this purpose (alkaline citrates) Other techniques such as the practice of saunas, hammams or physical activity that promotes sweating allow the elimination of acidity through the skin via sweat, but also through the lungs.
To avoid excess tissue acidity, each person should adopt a rhythm of life, physical activities or leisure adapted and a personalized diet.
