SANTE's mahogany red vegetal hair color reveals deep, luminous highlights, while respecting the health of the scalp and hair. Ideal for light to dark blond hair, it combines organic henna, beet red and indigo for a warm, nuanced hue that enhances the natural base without altering it.
Like all SANTE plant-based colorants, Acajou does not lighten or penetrate the hair fiber. It is deposited around the hair like a protective varnish and interacts with the original color for a unique result. If your hair is very light or more than 30% white, the result may be softer; a pre-coloration with Terra Tint tint to intensify the result.
The botanical powders in the formula are finely ground for easy application and an even finish. Wheat proteins enhance shine, while the hair fiber is sheathed and visibly denser.
The SANTE range is available in several shades, which you can also mix together to create personalized nuances: black,hazelnut,chestnutbrown,bronzeTerra,blond,red,chocolate.
The black color allows other shades to be darkened gradually (from 10% on the first application, up to 40% thereafter).

Application
Apply color directly to clean, dry hair.
Mix powder with 300 ml boiling water (or black tea, or red wine to intensify color) to obtain a creamy paste. Let cool before applying. Protect your clothes, apply a greasy cream around the face and place cotton strips if necessary.
Apply generously to the entire head of hair, strand by strand. Cover with the supplied thermo-heating charlotte, then wrap with a towel. Heat (helmet, sun) promotes better fixation. Application time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on desired intensity. The darker your hair, the longer the application time.
Rinse thoroughly.Dry and style as usual.
Wait 24 hours before washing hair again, preferably with conditioner.

For natural highlights
To create colored highlights, apply paste to targeted areas, wrap with aluminum foil and leave on as for a classic application. Example: red highlights will create coral reflections on light blonde hair, ruby on dark hair or mahogany on chestnut.
Good to know:
Always test color on a strand (especially if hair is gray or chemically colored).
Do not store the mixture once prepared.
Vegetable dyes do not fade with washing.
In the event of chemical treatment after vegetable coloring, wait 5 to 10 shampoos or 14 days.
Not suitable for coloring eyelashes, eyebrows or other areas of the body.
Gray hair is covered, but the result will be lighter than on the rest of the hair.

Avoid contact with eyes, and rinse thoroughly with water if necessary.

Use only on healthy skin.

In case of redness, swelling or persistent pain, remove product immediately.
