Sportisève is a fresh and ORGANIC birch sap enriched with blackcurrant, ash, hazel tree, birch and young shoots of bilberry.
A sap particularly studied to maintain the flexibility of the muscles and the articulations. The buds of birch and blackcurrant promote the elimination of toxins and waste produced by the muscles during a physical effort.
How to use Herbalgem SportiSève Birch Sap Muscle 250 ml?
Adult: 1 tablespoon in the morning diluted in a glass of water for 3 weeks.
