Comment intégrer le vinaigre de cidre à sa routine capillaire ?

The following preparation is to be used every 4 shampoos. Applied too frequently, the expected effects will not be achieved, or even worse, the opposite may occur, making the hair dry and brittle.
 

In a large bottle of mineral water, add 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar. 

Apply to all your hair after you finish your shampoo and conditioner (organic). Massage the scalp to activate blood circulation and spread the cider vinegar over your entire head. Do not rinse or rinse with very cold water. Don't worry, the smell of vinegar evaporates as it dries. Otherwise, if you are uncomfortable with it, you can add a few drops of essential oil of your choice to perfume your preparation. 

Tip : the spray bottle is also great for evenly diffusing your mixture.
