Corn and the harmfulness of its by-products

Whether it is corn chips, corn cereal, corn oil or corn syrup with its excessively high fructose percentage, they all have a huge impact on blood sugar levels.

As we have already explained, high blood sugar levels lead to premature aging and health problems.

Scientists have recently shown that fructose extracted from corn is 10 times more harmful than glucose!

You may be using it but you don't know it, because this type of sweetening agent is used in sweetened beverages, but also in many savoury products from the big industry (salad dressings, ketchup, etc.).

It seems that our body is not programmed to tolerate this cereal.

Corn oil contains too many omega-6 fatty acids. And as we know, it is the imbalance between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that is harmful. Excess omega-6 leads to inflammation and tissue oxidation. Omega-6 is already far too present in our modern diet. There is therefore no need to consume oils that provide us with additional rations.

Foods derived from corn are less bad than wheat in terms of their impact on blood sugar levels. They do not contain gluten, which is very harmful to the intestines, but anything made from corn promotes aging and is best avoided.
