6 natural solutions for a good physical fitness

Winter will soon be at our door with its cocooning evenings in perspective. Our habits will be changed, our routines will be put back in place but are we really ready? Ready for what, you may ask? And why? Should we be ready to move on this season? Is there anything special about it?

Yes, of course!"

The summer has gone smoothly for most of us and when we observe a little the terraces of coffee, restaurants and even social networks, one thing is highlighted: the barbecues, ice creams, desserts, and of course the aperitif which we do not deprive ourselves. While the period before the summer has often been synonymous with weight loss with dieting and often excessive food deprivation, when the vacations are here, we no longer deprive ourselves, we let ourselves go and we abandon ourselves to the delights of the taste buds. Epicureanism is back in force and the pressure is off.

What result for our body?

A total failure in the energy level that comes and goes. Our organization is confused between deprivation and abuse. He obviously tries to restore homeostasis but clearly, positive or negative abuse makes him extremely tired. With the arrival of autumn and the body having to adapt to a new season, a new rhythm, a new schedule with the time change, it is essential to really take charge and set up a small healthy and natural routine.

Our body is a machine, certainly magnificent, but a machine that we must take care of as we would take care of a fragile flower. Subjecting it to a thousand and one changes is absolutely not healthy in the long run. This internal violence, which we do not even realize in absolute terms, disrupts a complete organism. Our "machine" being moreover well made, it will fight a maximum to put back this balance in place, constantly, with the passing of months but the finality is not possible. The body gets exhausted, tired and we spend the winter sick, tired and with the only desire to stay under the comforter to hibernate.

Natural solutions to recover exist

  1. Take a Detox as soon as fall arrives. However, avoid women's magazines that offer you programs galore and that may not be adapted to your situation. To do a detoxifying cleanse, the best solution is to take advice from a natural health professional such as a naturopath for example. A cure is not done with closed eyes, it must be followed a minimum because if your body is too clogged or lacks vitality, the detoxification phase may not be beneficial to you.
  2. Remove products high in saturated fats, refined sugars, and processed foods from the food industry from your diet. Choose fresh, seasonal, organic fruits and vegetables. A diet is not useful (it never is!) but a readjustment of your food hygiene seems essential.
  3. Supplement yourself with vitamin and mineral complexes if you feel the need. The ideal would be to check your deficiencies and then adapt your vitamins according to your needs. However, before the cold weather arrives, it is not useless to take vitamin C, magnesium or vitamin D.
  4. Do an apple or grape monodiet one night or day a week. This method allows the digestive system to rest by only working on one food. This facilitates internal work. It allows the body to concentrate on other tasks and thus consume less energy. Vitality often comes back little by little with well done and supervised monodiets.
  5. Get up an hour earlier each morning and use this time to restore balance and take care of yourself. Being alone with yourself (no computer, phone or tablet) is a priority in life balance. Why not take advantage of this time of solitude to go barefoot in the morning dew? A very vitalizing exercise where you will draw the benefits of nature.
  6. Finally a regular practice of sports would be essential to restore internal energy. Yoga, running, biking, fitness or swimming, do what you like but have fun with it.
