5 anti-aging and anti-aging reflexes to have every morning

One of the keys to our anti-aging actions is to transform some of my advice into a "REFLEX", that is to say that we don't think about it anymore and that this advice becomes automatic.

I will give you some examples that I apply daily:

  1. While I make my coffee, I also make 2 liters of green tea and put it in the fridge to drink fresh throughout the day.
  2. Every day after my hot shower, I take a 30-second ice shower which has many beneficial effects on the circulation and lymphatic system.
  3. I massage myself daily after the shower with a horsehair glove; this has the advantage of removing dead skin but above all of activating the subcutaneous lymphatic system.
  4. For breakfast, I only eat "homemade" bread (I will give you my recipe in a future post; it takes me 2 minutes every 3 days) made with wholemeal, organic spelt and organic sourdough; never quick sugar for breakfast; I take goat cheese, chives or small onions.
  5. Every lunchtime a fresh, organic (home-made) fruit and/or vegetable juice.
