Cellulite: women's enemy

Which woman has never pinched a part of her thighs to discover a painful and not always very aesthetic cellulite? Whether she is slim or fuller, a woman is prone to cellulite, regardless of her age. Indeed, it is a typical characteristic of women and it can affect them from a very young age. Very often focused on the buttocks and thighs, cellulite does not enhance a lady or a young girl, by its non-aesthetic side. From then on, many prodigious creams or oils were displayed on the shelves of pharmacies promising miracles and immediate results. Of course, these numerous compositions are not effective - or very little - because they are often very low in quality active ingredients and by not modifying one's lifestyle, the results are generally non-existent or very slight.

Because female hormones are partly responsible, it is quickly becoming the main enemy of many women. This is despite the sometimes draconian diets that can be put in place and which are not ineffective in the long term, let's face it. Unfortunately, cellulite usually remains well anchored and implanted in the adipose tissue. Although estrogen and progesterone are partly responsible for this aesthetic disorder in women, other causes can come into play such as poor lymphatic circulation, a sedentary lifestyle, digestive problems, but there is also a factor that should not be forgotten: the hereditary factor. Indeed, if your mother suffered from cellulite, there is a good chance that you will get it one day.

How can we not make the situation worse?

It would be wrong to claim that cellulite can disappear in no time with miracle products or diets. Nevertheless, it is possible to reduce the cellulite that is already there.

Adapt your eating habits to promote healthy eating as much as possible

To do this, eliminate as much as possible the saturated fats found in dairy products or fatty meat for example. Of course, frying will be banned and replaced by gentle steaming which will take care of the food by preserving a maximum of nutrients. You may not think about it, but cookies and most industrial products contain saturated fats. And yes.... Therefore, always check the composition of the food you buy to track down food hazards. But, generally, the best way out is to shun and ban processed foods that have no positive purpose for physical health. If they can bring a little sweetness, know that they must only be consumed sparingly.

Practice an adapted physical activity

In fact, the main physical activity to fight cellulite is an activity by sequence of movement so that the impact is made on the muscle by mobilizing it to the maximum. Cycling or swimming are perfect activities for this type of female problem.

Self-massage

suction cup, cellulite

Doesn't the famous palpé roulé tell you anything? This movement, so well known and practiced by masseuses, simply consists of kneading the skin and the subcutaneous tissues. This activates the lymphatic circulation and allows for the dislocation of fat cells. This very effective technique can also be done at home. All you need are specialized tools: the suction cups, to perform this particular movement on your skin or by a therapist trained in this.

Aromatherapy to reduce orange peel skin

The joint action of massage with certain essential oils can be very effective. Cypress, cedar of atlas or grapefruit are very effective oils if used correctly.

Many techniques and methods are possible to reduce orange peel skin. However, be aware that without a proper lifestyle, you may see very little results. Also, be patient for long term results.
