Activated Carbon Water Filter
This charcoal water filter is made from binchotan charcoal, one of the most powerful natural filtering materials we know of.
It is 97% pure carbon which allows it to absorb toxins, lead, mercury, cadmium, copper and chlorine from tap water. In return, it releases calcium, potassium and magnesium into the water.
The charcoal filter works best when left in a glass jug for 8 hours, but its effects are already noticeable after one hour.
How to use the charcoal filter?
Simply place the charcoal filter in a carafe of water and it works its magic. The taste of the water will noticeably improve after an hour, but for the best effect, leave it in place for 8 hours, ideally overnight.
Over time, you will notice a decrease in the effectiveness of the filter on the taste of the water. You can then refill it by simply boiling it for ten minutes.
Boiling removes impurities and allows the charcoal to regain its absorbing qualities. Some people have more sensitive taste buds than others, so if you notice a drop in taste before 3 months, it is perfectly normal to boil it at this stage as well. The total shelf life of the product is six months. As long as it produces the desired effect, that means it works!

Standard delivery is by Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Payment by card is immediate and your order is dispatched within 24 hours (if all products are in stock). Bank transfer usually takes 2 to 3 days for bank-to-bank transfer.
