Arche Spaghetti de mer dried brown seaweed has a delicately spicy aroma. A delicious addition to salads, soups, omelettes, stews and pancakes. Gives sauces and condiments for fish or poultry a refined aroma.
These delicately dried brown seaweeds owe their name "spaghetti of the sea" mainly to their appearance. The thin strips are reminiscent of this popular pasta variety. You can add them to pasta dishes, but vegetable dishes will also benefit from their slightly spicy taste and hint of marine aroma.

How to use Spaghetti de mer -bio
- Wash in a colander under running water
- Soak in water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and cook for a few minutes in fresh water (do not use the soaking water for this).
Precautions for use of Organic Sea Spaghetti
- Store in a dry place away from light.
- Seaweed is naturally rich in iodine. Excessive iodine intake can lead to thyroid function disorders. The German Society for Nutrition therefore recommends an average daily intake of less than 0.2 mg iodine. The maximum daily intake is therefore around 1g = 1 tablespoon of seaweed.

If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
