How to use and enjoy all the benefits of IMMUNOGEM:
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, between meals, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For best results, take directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.- Adults: as a preventive measure: 5 to 10 drops a day on an empty stomach. Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until the desired effect is achieved.
- Adults: as an attack dose: 5 drops 3 times a day.
- Babies: 1 to 3 drops a day in the baby's bottle or via the breast-feeding mother.
