How to take OPTIGEM GC12 gemmotherapy
: Take the drops on an empty stomach, outside of meals, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For an optimum result, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.- Adults: 10 drops twice a day, on an empty stomach.
- Children up to 13 years old: 3 to 8 drops per day. Start with 3 drops and increase by one drop each day until the desired effect is obtained.
