Sugar is everywhere...Beware of diabetes!

Just as we often hear that back pain is the pain of the century, diabetes is becoming more and more problematic and dangerous to our overall health. Indeed, it is not uncommon nowadays to meet large numbers of people suffering from type II diabetes, including children sometimes very young. This is where the danger comes in: in the increasing evolution of the disease, when the disease is no longer an evil that happens only to others.

Note that the starting point is very often the excessive consumption of sugars. But how to do today in a society where this sugar is everywhere? Have you ever carefully read the label of your products bought in a supermarket? For the most part, sugar has its place and very often in the first lines, even if the products are labeled organic. Indeed, even in some frozen vegetables, sugar is present. Isn't that a health hazard? Today, there is sugar in foods that should not contain it, today, sugar is considered without gravity.

Sugar can kill!

Following scientific tests, it has been proven that addiction to sugar is just as important - if not more important - than addiction to a hard drug. Does this mean that sugar is a legalized hard drug? One might indeed think so. We can clearly notice a deterioration of the diet of our generation that sometimes forces us involuntarily to this abuse of sugar. Unless you eat only healthy food at home, which is not always easy for families who work a lot all week, sugar abuse can become a significant factor in "illness".

How to avoid this addiction that leads to diabetes?

In the first instance, the solution is - as with hard or soft drugs - withdrawal. Not so obvious because our body will ask for more. But little by little, just like when you stop smoking for example, the withdrawal will take place and the well-being will be felt. This detoxification to sugar is not done overnight, it will obviously be progressive for a long term sustainable goal. In fact, people who wean themselves off sugar very quickly notice that after several months, they acquire a certain intolerance to products with too much sugar.

Since sugar calls for sugar, the first action to take in the morning is to eradicate sugar at breakfast by favouring rather salty morning meals. In fact, this way, we avoid the big cravings in the middle of the morning and we let the pancreas rest at the beginning of the day.

Of course, the support and help of a therapist or any other person from the medical profession could help you just as phytotherapy could be of great help with certain essential oils, mother tinctures or gemmotherapy complexes or certain flower essences which will then have the mission of supporting your mind.

Of course, in just a few lines, it is impossible to completely understand the case of diabetes, which is sometimes much more complex than a disorder related to the pancreas or insulin. Indeed, we can also focus on different organs such as the liver or the intestines which play a very important role in some cases of diabetes. Also, in traditional Chinese medicine, the importance will also be put on the emotions that can cause certain disturbances in our body as can be diabetes. In fact, we already know that each organ is linked to an emotion because this ancestral medicine does not separate the physical body from our emotions.

We will then conclude with the importance of taking care of our physical health and turning to natural health specialists, but also of learning to listen to ourselves and to respond to our psychological health, by listening deeply to our emotions so as not to endanger our body.
