the morning, after cleansing with the Shea Butter Cleansing Milk (SHEABUTTER CLEANSER) - Demeter, use the Shea Butter Tonic (SHEABUTTER TONIC) - Demeter to refresh and revitalize the skin. Massage the lotion into the skin to activate the blood circulation. Then apply the EYE CARE FLUID - Demeter or the EYE CARE CREAM - Demeter to the delicate skin around the eyes and massage the SHEABUTTER Lotion into the slightly damp skin. You don't need much. If you prefer a denser consistency, simply take a pea-sized amount of Demeter Shea Butter Cream and SHEABUTTER Lotion in the palm of your hand, mix them together and apply the mixture to the skin. In general, makeup can be applied on top of it.In the evening, a cleansing with the Shea Butter Cleansing Milk (SHEABUTTER CLEANSER) - Demeter is normally sufficient. Martina Gebhardt's cleansing milks have a nourishing action and are sufficient as protection for the night because the skin should be able to "breathe" during sleep: perspiration and impurities should be able to reach the surface freely. In this way the skin remains healthy and regains its natural balance. For tired skin, a light treatment with Shea Butter Cleansing Milk (SHEABUTTER CLEANSER) - Demeter can be useful. For the more pronounced troubles Cream/Balm or a vegetable Oils can prove to be essential.

- Use a spatula for creams and balms.
- Avoid temperatures above 25°C and below 2°C. Heat may cause a slight oil deposit in the creams, which does not affect the quality of the cosmetic and disappears when the cream is mixed again.
- For all Martina Gebhardt products a use within 3 months after opening is advised on the site of the brand. In our experience, under normal hygienic conditions, this period can be exceeded without any problem, but if a long period of time without daily use occurs, it is recommended to keep the product in a cool place.
