The effects of organic stinging nettle root 250 grams
Recent studies have confirmed that the steroids and lignans in nettle root are active in countering prostate cancer, and nettle root has been shown to reduce nocturia and residual urine, and in cases of prostate hypertrophy, to reduce prostate volume by 70% (although this does not mean a definitive cure, it does represent an appreciable increase in comfort). To enhance the effect, we recommend combining nettle root with saw palmetto extract or pumpkin seeds. Note that to be effective, the treatment must be prolonged, and the effects are only felt after several weeks.
