Khadi's Senna/Cassia Colorless Vegetable Haircolor is a capillary conditioner that is non-colorful and suitable for all hair colors and types. It strengthens and regenerates the hair structure and gives the natural hair color its beauty.

This Senna/Cassia treatment offers the most benefit to dry, severely damaged, blonded or highlighted hair, or as preparatory care before Khadi vegetable coloring: it improves the structure with each application and thus helps the hair absorb the vegetable color evenly.

Vegetable dyes dye the hair in a particularly gentle way because they do not interfere with the natural structure of the hair, unlike chemical hair dyes, but attach themselves around the hair in a thin protective layer. Hence the fact that the initial color of the hair determines the individual result of a vegetable hair color.

Production

The so-called "colorless henna" is actually not and is obtained from the Cassia obovata or Senna italica plant.

Features

Vegetable dyes are different.
Simply put, a chemical dye removes the hair's natural pigments within the hair fiber and replaces them with chemical dyes. The original color can therefore be completely changed. But because natural pigments affect the structure of the hair, repeated chemical coloring can make the hair brittle and dull.

100% vegetable dyes are fixed only on the outer layers of the hair fiber and thus form a protective sheath around the hair, which depending on the application can be more or less covering, hence an influence of the original color on the final coloring.

The active ingredients in the leaves of the senna plant gently coat lengths and ends and erase minor hair damage. They moisturize hair and make color luminous.

Using Tips

Use either as a natural hair conditioner or, if you want to give Khadi plant hair color a new shine, occasionally as a reconstructive treatment. Khadi Senna/Cassia can also be combined with other Khadi plant colors to create a lighter or sheer shade, simply by mixing the powders in the appropriate ratio, depending on whether an intense or light shade is desired.

For damaged or blonded hair, use Senna/Cassia once or twice before tinting with a Khadi vegetable hair color: this optimally prepares the hair structure for even absorption of the vegetable hair color.Use Cassia powder as with other Khadi vegetable hair colors (see enclosed instructions in the box) but for healthy hair, no exposure time needs to be observed as Khadi's Senne/Cassia does not impart color. 

For damaged or blonded hair, a Khadi hair oil can also be used first: apply the natural hair cure with the oil directly to the hair. 

White, light or blond hair is restructured and permanently strengthened by Senna/Cassia in just 15-20 minutes. Medium and darker blonde hair still benefits from the hair treatment for up to 60 minutes.

Precautions for use

In rare cases, very damaged or white, light or blonded hair may take on a slight green tint (which, however, washes out). In this case, leave the hair care product on only for about 15 minutes.
