From the Latin name Quercus robur gemmae, a sacred tree in many civilizations (Celtic, Roman, Germanic), the oak is to trees what the lion is to animals. It is the king of the forest, a symbol of strength and toughness.
It is fairly indifferent to soil type, and can be found in both calcicolous sessiflorous oak forests and acidophilous oak forests, as well as in oak-chariot forests, beech-oak forests and riparian forests on alluvial deposits. The

How to use Oak in organic gemmotherapy complex:
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, 1/2 h before meals, 2 to 3 times a day, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For best results, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.- Gradually increase dosage (1 drop a day from 5 drops) up to 15 or even 20 drops. When the desired result is obtained, keep the same number of drops until the end of the cure.
- We generally recommend a minimum 3-week course of treatment, repeated 3 times, with a week's break between each course.
