Take the drops on an empty stomach, 1/2 h before meals, 2 to 3 times a day, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For optimum results, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.
Adults: Gradually increase the dosage (1 drop per day from 5 drops) until a stable result is obtained (but less than 15, or even 20 drops per day) and keep the same number of drops until the end of the cure.
