What is Bioflore Organic Spanish Sweet Thyme Essential Oil?
This species of thyme produces an essential oil very similar to that of Thymus vulgaris linaloliferum, a more widespread and well-documented species. However, we particularly like it because we see the small differences as advantages: less linalool, presence of another monoterpenol of excellent reputation, terpinen-4-ol, very low presence of phenols. Spanish thyme therefore has the advantage of being even better tolerated than linalool thyme.
Dosage for Bioflore Organic Spanish Thyme Essential Oil
Do not exceed the recommended dose (1 drop 2 times a day, maximum 80mg). Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. For adults only. Not for prolonged use (maximum 14 days).
