Sweet almond oil is an edible oil also used for body and hair care.
Rich in essential fatty acids, unsaponifiables and vitamins, sweet almond oil has regenerating, restructuring and moisturizing properties. It softens the skin, protects against itching, irritation and cracks... and is recommended for dry, sensitive skin and the delicate skin of babies and young children. As a carrier for essential oils, it is often used to resolve skin problems, alone or in combination.
Thanks to its high monounsaturated fatty acid content, sweet almond oil is also particularly interesting from a nutritional point of view. Its delicate taste complements all sweet and savoury foods.
Anexcellent seasoning oil, it is also a very mild cooking oil, particularly suited to salads, fish, duck and chicken, as well as marinades, desserts and pastries.
