Thanks to its high concentration of tocopherols (three times higher than any other oil), Argan oil excels in preventing fine lines and wrinkles. It also promotes skin elasticity, softness and radiance.
It is a perfect substitute for olive oil in the preparation of certain dishes and on salads and raw vegetables, but should not be used to cook food, only for seasoning (after cooking to flavor a dish or to make sauces and vinaigrettes). With 80% unsaturated fatty acids and a high proportion of linoleic acid (known as essential), argan oil, if taken regularly, is said to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

Recommendations for use°
External use :. Skin: for massage and local application to the skin, use pure or mixed with other plant oils or with 1% to 3% essential oils, depending on the properties required.
. Hair, as a mask: once a week, apply Argan oil to dry hair, comb through (lift long hair so as to impregnate the ends), wrap in an old warm towel (for a more effective action) and leave on for 20 to 30 min (or overnight) before rinsing and finishing with your usual shampoo.
. Hair shampoo: add 6 to 8 drops of Argan oil to the shampoo, wait 3 minutes then apply the mixture to your hair. Leave for a few minutes before rinsing.
Internal use: take one teaspoon of oil on an empty stomach in the morning for three weeks, or as a dressing for salads, meat dishes, fish, etc.
