Directions for use -
Internal use: 2 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon of olive oil, 3 times a day, for all infections.- External use: 2 drops of essential oil + 4 drops of virgin hazelnut oil in local application on skin infections, 3 times a day (well diluted with vegetable oil because irritating for the skin). In diffusion or in friction, it gets an immediate relief.
