How to consume and enjoy all the benefits of SUREAU NOIR BIO ?
- Take the drops on an empty stomach, 1/2 hour before meals, 2 to 3 times a day, pure or diluted in spring water or honey. For an optimum result, take them directly on the tongue and wait a few seconds before swallowing.
