Turmeric is powerful anti-inflammatory, a protector of the digestive tract and plays a preventive and soothing role for multiple ailments. Garlic brings its incomparable aroma and has always been used for its healthy, anti-infectious properties. Thyme is a major medicinal plant to counter respiratory tract infections (cough, bronchitis, tonsillitis, influenza ...). Burnet contributes by its anti-diarrheal, digestive and tonic properties, chilli by its detoxifying and immunostimulant action and ginger by its digestive, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, toning and fortifying properties.
This mix of spices works wonders with vegetables, starchy foods, soups, simmered and pan-fried dishes.
