Markal pastes are conceived according to an artisanal process, hand finishing and drying at low temperature, to preserve complete aroma and the nutritional characteristics of this traditional product. This gives these organic wholemeal pasta a unique taste, in the tradition of great pasta.

Recommendations for use

Cooking instructions: cook in a large pan boiling water with a little salt and some olive oil. After 12 (al dente) to 15 minutes or your preferred cooking time, drain water and add a small spoon of extra virgin olive oil. At this point you could add your favourite herbs or sauce.

Store in a cool and dry place, in a closed packing.
