A little industrial cocktail for your health

Approximately 75% of processed foods contain GMOs which can cause serious health problems, such as infertility, immune system damage, gastrointestinal disorders, organ degeneration, hormonal dysfunction, high cholesterol, insulin and accelerated aging processes. This is what the medical world has become aware of in recent years.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is also a destructive additive. It is added to thousands of processed foods (canned soups, cookies, meats, sauces, dressings, frozen meals...) and in restaurant kitchens. It improves and enhances the taste and flavor of food. The danger is that it is part of the excitotoxins as well as aspartame. These substances excite certain brain receptors.

Absorbed in too large a quantity, they cause several physiological reactions to take place, leading to the destruction of certain cellular structures such as cell membranes or DNA. These reactions damage the brain to varying degrees, sometimes causing epileptic seizures or strokes, or in the longer term, pathologies such as Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia or multiple or lateral amyotrophic sclerosis.

Food dyes, such as tartrazine (E102), cochineal red (E124), orange yellow (E110), azorubin or carmoisine (E122), or quinoline yellow (E104), found in many soft drinks, fruit juices, and salad dressings, not only promote childhood hyperactivity, but also cause measurable damage to children's brains. In the long term, there are even significant reductions in IQ.

Currently, there are more than 3,000 additives used in the food industry, including preservatives, colorants, sweeteners, flavor enhancers and any other added ingredient. Although these substances are completely legal and their individual long-term use seems to be more or less safe, the consequences of their combinations and their very long-term interactions are not known.

The current world of the food industry has become a vast playground for lobbies playing the sorcerer's apprentice. The solution is simple, avoid processed foods, and you will automatically avoid the negative effects of these toxic additives!
