Transpiration is a natural and essential mechanism for good health. This phenomenon allows regulating the internal temperature when it is in danger of exceeding (or exceeding) 37°C. Physical effort, heat, an infection, stress, too strong an emotion activate transpiration.

Note that sweating is a sign of good health: your body has enough life force to self-regulate and maintain its homeostasis.

Normally, transpiration has no odor. It is the bacteria present on your skin and on your clothes that will proliferate in a humid environment. And these are the real culprits of bad smell!

So is it really healthy to want to stop perspiration? As mentioned above, sweating is necessary. Therefore, it should not be completely blocked. The antiperspirants we offer respect this physiological mechanism by decreasing perspiration

Regarding the smell, good body hygiene is necessary. However, you can also turn to bactericidal essential oilsOrganic, fresh, seasonal, raw or lightly cooked fruits and vegetables that respect the skin flora and are pleasantly scented.

La recette du déo naturel maison

For a small pot of 50 grams:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a double boiler.

  2. In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and baking soda.

  3. Finish by adding the 15 drops of essential oil of palmarosa and mix quickly.

  4. Pour into a small container with a lid.

The mixture will gradually solidify to the consistency of a cream. During the process, stir regularly so that the bicarbonate does not fall to the bottom of the jar. If this is still the case, heat the deodorant for a few seconds in the microwave or on a heater and stir again.

This deodorant is applied with your finger. It can be disorienting at first but you will soon get used to it!
