Vitamins and adaptogenic plants to regulate mood

Human emotions are generated and controlled by the glandular system, a system closely linked to the nervous system. When they are excessive, too variable or unstable, it reflects an endocrine imbalance. The 2 essential vitamins are vitamin C and vitamin D

The first one could be considered as the queen of vitamins, because it is one of the most adaptogenic.

The second, which is a lipidic vitamin, is essential since it is considered a real hormonal precursor. It participates in the transport and recycling of cholesterol. Cholesterol itself is vital because of its participation in the synthesis of hormones (mainly lipid molecules) and neuromediators or neurotransmitters which are themselves lipid molecules. The choice of vitamin D must be made among natural vitamins. It exists of vegetable origin (extracted from plants) and of animal origin, among others in fish oils. Ideally, you should choose a liposomal (liquid) vitamin C that is much more effective and higher in dosage than vitamin C in tablet form. It should always be in the dextrorotatory form.

Adaptogenic plants

In order to regain the power of adaptation and stable moods, we can also use many plants called adaptogens. They have an endocrine-regulating power.

Among them are the Eleutherococcus or Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus Senticosus), the Japanese Angelica (Aralia Mandshurica), the Astragalus (Astragalus Membranaceus), Indian Ginseng (Withania Somnifera or Ashwagandha) extracted from the root), Chinese Schisandra (Schisandra Chinensis) or, more locally, Blackcurrant (Ribes Nigrum) or Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) which has a cardiac tropism.
