Cow's milk proteins are dangerous for your health

At a time when the consumption of cow's milk is highly controversial - and rightly so - many studies have proven the very strong link between this drink, which is the calf's primary diet, and inflammatory diseases.

Today, many people - far too many in recent years - are affected by autoimmune diseases. These are the result of a dysfunction of the organism but mainly of the immune system, which leads directly to the inflammation of the tissues and then to their stenosis. This advice was given by Doctor Jean Seignalet who suggests a specific type of diet in case of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. It is therefore recommended that you eliminate from your diet milk and all its derivatives that contain casein: yogurt, cheese, dairy products and casein is also found in many industrial dishes. It is therefore very important to be able to decipher the labels for all foods or products of the food industry.

 

What are the alternatives to cow's milk?

Dairy product lovers need not worry because there are many alternatives. Nowadays, it is easy to replace cow's milk with vegetable milk made from oilseeds such as almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, chestnuts or even rice or soy milk. In organic stores, you will find a range of yoghurts made from milk replacers that are just as delicious and even better for your health. Cheese lovers will find very good resemblances with cashew nuts, a real bluff for the consumer.

Try the change and note the variations in your general condition. You can see the positive evolution and very few people return to cow's milk after having tested the healthy alternatives.

 

What if we complement each other?

In addition to the dietary changes to be made in case of this type of illness, it is strongly advised to supplement with trace elements that will correct the terrain. Manganese, phosphorus, copper, sulphur, selenium and cobalt are very interesting because they allow a real correction and a total care. Dosage will be determined by your therapist or natural health practitioner.

Being sick means adapting your lifestyle, your diet and your thoughts. By taking care of yourself, listening to yourself and giving your body what it needs, it is possible to stop surviving an illness and to live with it in the most positive way possible.
