The Shinya Method by Dr. Hiromi Shinya

Many famous doctors have at one time found a particular method of care, technique or protocol that allows them to accompany another on the path to wellness. Whether they advocate a specific regime or any other other wellness techniquesEach of us is free to test and validate it or not. Indeed,we are all unique beings with specific and varying needs. But finally, what are the 7 golden keys to good health according to Doctor Shinya? Without revealing the whole book, here are the 7 main keys of this book.

  1. A good diet that is based on the following principles:
    1. 85-90% plant food
      • 50% whole grain
      • 30% of green and yellow vegetables, root vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, carrots, etc...)
      • 5 to 10% of fruits, seeds and nuts.
    2. 10 to 15% animal-based protein, i.e., a maximum of 75 to 110 grams per day.
      • Small fish that do not contain any traces of mercury.
      • Poultry
      • Beef, lamb, veal, pork in limited quantities.
      • Eggs
    3. The Extras
      • Herbal teas
      • Algae like kelp
      • Brewer's yeast, source of B vitamins.
      • Pollen and propolis
      • Enzyme supplements
      • Vitamins and minerals
    4. Foods to avoid and limit in the diet:
      • Dairy products
      • Green tea to be limited to 2 cups per day
      • Coffee
      • Candy and refined sugar
      • Nicotine
      • Alcohol
      • The chocolate
      • Fats and oils
      • Refined table salt.
  1. Consume quality water.

Water is important in the evolution of our health and well-being. Therefore, focusing on water quality is a priority. We will then choose a water without pollutants and thus without chemicals.

Water consumption should be equivalent to 6 to 10 glasses per day, including 1 to 3 glasses in the morning on an empty stomach, as soon as you wake up.

  1. A regular elimination.

Having a healthy gut is one of the priorities for good health. In fact, each of us should eliminate our intestinal pollutants at least once a day without laxatives. This cleansing of the body is important to allow an optimal detoxification of the liver. Dr. Shinya proposes in his book a coffee enema.

  1. Moderate exercise.
