The perfect list of foods for a detox cure

A clogged body does not function optimally: a drop in energy and immunity and an increase in minor (and major) ailments are signals to be taken into account.

You can easily add these foods (preferably fresh and organic, of course!) to your eating habits and enjoy their richness and benefits daily.

Along with these beneficial intakes, avoid foods such as refined sugars, saturated fats, alcohol, prepared foods... Practice regular physical activity and enjoy a sauna or steam room session to evacuate a maximum of toxins, in addition to the relaxing benefits.

Lymphatic drainage should also be considered. In fact, this type of massage improves the circulation of the lymph, which collects cellular waste and evacuates it into the bloodstream.
