Water, dehydration and aging

Our body is mainly composed of water in a proportion of 70%. And water molecules make up 99% of all the molecules in the body. So we are water and water is life.

Most of the liquids and waters that we absorb are often useless to the functioning of the body, because they are bio-incompatible. One should normally drink pure water, which has very particular electrical and magnetic parameters.

Researchers now increasingly agree that aging is the result of dehydration. And when we say aging, we are not talking about physical appearance, but rather degeneration of physiological processes. A baby's body is made up of about 85% water, while an old man's body will only contain 55-60%. Currently, the first signs of dehydration are seen in very young people who consume sodas and other sugary drinks and almost never water. Redness of the skin, couperose or cold and white extremities can be observed because the blood system can no longer hydrate the epidermis. It is important to know that the skin is cared for from the inside rather than the outside, and this must begin at a very young age.

Drink, the reflex to have

Our brain has a thirst center that becomes less responsive as we age. This means that as we age, the sensation of thirst tends to disappear. For example, the elderly die more easily in hot weather because they forget to drink. Learning to drink water should be a reflex or habit, just like brushing your teeth or washing. Babies and young children should be taught to drink water at an early age. To re-establish the reflex and the need to drink, you should start by drinking small quantities of water in the morning on an empty stomach when you get up, and increase this quantity gradually. During the day, it is also necessary to drink water outside of meals, because water is not available when mixed with the food bowl, and it disturbs digestion. During the day the amount of water to be absorbed varies depending on physical activity and outside temperature, but on average, you should drink 1 ½ liters of water per day.

Water fasting

When water is taken in the morning on an empty stomach, it goes directly into the cell medium. Passing first through the stomach and intestine of course, then into the bloodstream which improves blood fluidity. To be able to infiltrate at the cellular level, this water must be as free as possible of metabolites, minerals and other impurities. Check the label to make sure that the water contains no more than 20 to 30 mg of minerals per liter. It is necessary to avoid overloading the entrace and extracellular medium with minerals and metabolites that are anyway non-assimilable. If these environments are too charged, it blocks all information and cellular exchanges. Studies have shown that young people who drank a lot of soda and other industrial beverages when they were in their 20s almost all have serious health problems by the time they reach 40. One of the most common is type 2 diabetes. And this is because all the cellular messages have been disrupted for years and the intracellular and extracellular environments have been completely fouled.

It is also important to know that 3/4 of dehydrated people have hypertension problems. This problem diminishes within 8 to 15 days as soon as they start drinking a significant amount of water in the morning.
