The richness in fatty acids of Coconut oil gives it an outstanding cleansing power. It will get rid of even the toughest makeup: long-wearing lipstick, waterproof mascara, foundation, eyeliner, etc....

To do this, apply a dab of coconut oil in the palm of your hand and rub it in to melt the material. Then, spread the oil on the face by massaging and insisting delicately on the "rebellious" zones. Coconut oil does not sting the eyes! Indeed, you may look like a panda... Simply remove the excess with a washable cotton pad and rinse your face with your usual soap.

Coconut oil isnon-comedogenic. This means that despite how it looks, it does not grease the skin or clog pores. It can be applied as facelift to nourish the upper layers of the epidermis in cases of dryness but also for skin that tends to be oily.

Coconut oil is additionally known to bea natural antiseptic. It will relieve itching, tightness and sensitive spots. Inflammations such as acne, eczema, couperose, dermatitis, etc... will be calmed thanks to the application of coconut oil. Of course, it is important to remember that the state of the skin is a reflection of the inner state. If your skin has imbalances, you also need to act internally...

L'huile de coco pour protéger du froid

Fats protect from the cold. Applied to the skin (face, body, hands, etc...), coconut oil will protect you from discomfort of the cold: feeling cold, chapping, frostbite etc...

L'huile de coco en masque sur les cheveux abîmés

Curly, frizzy or mixed hair requires special attention. The hygrometry rate of our countries does not allow a good distribution of sebum along the hair fiber. The hair is therefore brittle, dull and sometimes has difficulty growing well.

Coconut oil applied as a care mask before a shampoo can come in and nourish the fiber. You can add castor oil for its hair growth stimulating action.

However, some hair can't stand coconut oil, this one drying them out more... So this method is worth testing...

L'huile de coco, un produit naturel brut multi-usage

As you may have noticed, coconut oil is a raw, natural product that can be used in many areas, from the kitchen to the bathroom. It can thus replace many creams, serums or makeup removers that are expensive and, for some, pollute the planet and/or are harmful to health. Indeed, many cosmetic products are composed of dubious ingredients whose effects on health can be worrying: endocrine disruptors, petroleum-based ingredients, aluminum, etc...

By choosing coconut oil, you're reducing your waste, making room in your bathroom cupboards, limiting your impact on the environment and taking care of your health (and beauty!).Coconut oil may be in your kitchen cupboards... What if you used it to enhance your skin and hair? Coconut oil is non-comedogenic. It is also antiseptic and healing.
