We have to realize that the cosmetics of the mass market are not made of healthy ingredients. In fact, it is not uncommon to find endocrine disruptors in these types of cosmetics for mom.

We already know that everything that is put on the skin goes directly into the bloodstream without any filtration other than the skin. The impact on the fetus will then be very important.

Let's avoid poisoning our children before they are born and let's go towards natural cosmetics that are just as effective. You don't have to be a chemist to incorporate a healthy routine into your bathroom because it's actually quite simple.

We start by sorting out the bathroom and by getting rid of all the doubtful products. We prefer vegetable oils adapted to the type of skin, aloe vera gel or hydrolats which are without risk for the health of the foetus. These 3 ingredients will be enough to take care of you.
