1. Splash your face with cold water

When you get out of bed, spray yourself withwater cold! In addition to waking you up completely, it will relax the vagus nerve and help you secrete serotonin and endorphins. You can also moisten a terry towel with cold water and leave it on your face for 2 minutes or use a misting machine to cool down before breakfast. Invigorating effect guaranteed!

2. Whistle your favorite tunes

In the shower, while making coffee, while getting dressed, ... whistling every morning sends a sign of "good mood" to the brain (after 30 seconds of practice)! But it is also a real fitness session for the mouth: the movement tones the muscles around the lips and prevents the formation of wrinkles in this area.

3. Mime the turtle's head

Ridiculousness does not kill... and this exercise allows to relax the cervicals. In addition, it improves blood circulation in the carotid and cerebral arteries (as well as cerebrospinal fluid) while enhancing concentration and memory. How to do it? Place your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Tuck your chin in by pushing your head up and lifting your shoulders slightly. Then project the chin forward, and bring it down towards the sternum by letting the shoulders fall. Performed in a slow and flexible manner, these movements draw a sort of mini-circle without forcing. Do this continuously 20 times in each direction every day for best results.
