  • Le savon de Marseille :

Well check that it is the real Savon de Marseille whose composition is limited to four ingredients: olive oil, water, soda and sea salt. It must be mentioned 72% vegetable oils. Its color varies between white, cream and green. If you see a soap labeled "Marseille soap" purple, beware, it is because there are dyes!

Marseille soap is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive and delicate.

  • Les huiles végétales

Vegetable oils add softness to your preparation. They nourish the skin and prevent it from drying. In addition, oils make cleansing easier without harming the skin.

Here are the vegetable oils commonly used in making homemade liquid soap: coconut, olive, argan, sweet almond, apricot kernel, avocado, and macadamia... Each of these oils further possess health benefits such as antiseptic, antiviral, anti-bacterial...

  • La cire d'abeille

Beeswax is rich in vitamin A. It is also antibacterial and restorative.

  • Le miel

The honey is a powerful antiseptic and healing agent.

  • L'huile essentielle de tea tree

Tea tree HE is a powerful antibacterial, antifungal and anti-infective. However beware, not recommended for pregnant women and young children.

Savon solide ou savon liquide

It is all a matter of preference. It is quite possible to buy or make your own natural solid soaps and 0 waste. The advantage of liquid soap is that it doesn't end up almost melted, soaking in the water of the soap dish... Therefore, its life expectancy is relatively longer in some families. Finally, we must admit that a simple pressure on the pump-bottle is very practical, economical and less messy!
