How to use POE n°5 combines a synergy of trace elements (Mn - Cu)
Before or after meals, take one undiluted dose (using the plastic spoon supplied), keep under the tongue for 1 minute, then swallow. Shake before use.
- Adults: 2 ml (1 spoonful) 1 to 3 times a day
- Children over 35 kg: 1 ml (1/2 spoon) 1 to 3 times a day.
